About This Episode
Time Comparisons
There’s a lot talked about time, but how much of it is actually true and helpful?
In this episode we explore what is behind time management, we look at whether we can actually “save” time and what it means, we explore why we absolutely do NOT have the same 24 hours, and we look at the comparisons we ought to be making rather than the ones we do make.
We look at all of this through the lens of time, and explore why everybody’s “time” is different, making comparison unhelpful, harmful, and something to avoid.

A Brief Meditation On Time
This episode was actually inspired by a recent 5 Minute Meditation podcast episode I recorded, where we meditated (for 5 minutes, as the name suggests) on Time and our relationship with it.
If some of the ideas in this episode resonate with you, perhaps you might like to give this easy meditation a go?
Don’t worry, it is suitable for all levels, from absolute beginner to seasoned practitioner, so even if you have never meditated before in your life, give it a go!
