About This Episode
Mental health is something which is often mentioned as being important, and rightly so.
Unfortunately there is often a lack of support when it is most needed, and many people find themselves vulnerable with no place to turn.
This can be particularly true for students who can find themselves completely uprooted, attempting to settle in strange surroundings, with all the pressures of academia and finance at a time which can be challenging for anyone at the best of times.
My guest this week is no stranger to issues of mental health and particularly those facing students.
Join us in this powerful episode as we explore what makes Andrew tick, examine some of the key points in his own mental health journey, and discover the amazing new initiative which he is seeking to create to help empower students across the land and give them access to greater mental health resources.
As always, you can listen to this episode via the audio above, or if you prefer to watch us having a chat then there’s the video version of it below.

Award-winning coach, international speaker, multi-time best-selling author, hypnotist, occasional magician, and writer of this post, Keith spent his first 40 years suffering from several phobias including being terrified of speaking with strangers. After one incident too many, he started studying and training in NLP & hypnosis to conquer his own issues, found he was rather good at it, and changed careers (aided by redundancy at just the right moment after 20 years in IT). He helps people transform their deepest fears into their greatest strengths, and having helped over 5,000 people across 5 continents, he is the UK’s #1 Fear Strategist.
