New Here?

Excellent!
You are in the right place.

When Achieving Everything Still Isn’t Enough.

Regardless of how you found your way here, whether through a networking event, a recommendation, or somewhere else entirely, this page will give you everything you need to understand who I am, who I work with, and where to go next.

It will take about two minutes to read. The right people will know by the end of it whether this is for them.

Who I Am

I am Keith Blakemore-Noble, The Overachiever’s Coach.

I work with driven, capable people who are already achieving significant results but still carrying an invisible weight. Internal pressure. Self-doubt that should have gone away by now. A persistent sense that despite everything they have built, it still does not feel like enough.

That is a pattern. A structural one. And it is exactly what I work with.

My background is unusual for this world. I spent two decades in corporate IT, designing systems that produced better results with less friction. I now apply exactly that thinking to human behaviour and performance. The method is called Mindset Mastery, a bespoke blend of hypnosis, NLP, and coaching that works at a structural level rather than a motivational one.

The results are consistently faster than people expect.

Who This IS For

You might be in the right place if any of these feel familiar.

You hold yourself to standards most people around you would not attempt.

You are achieving, possibly significantly, but something keeps pulling at you. A sense that despite everything you have built and accomplished, it still does not feel like enough.

You experience internal pressure that does not seem to ease no matter how much you accomplish.

You suspect that what is holding you back has nothing to do with skill, strategy, or effort. Something internal is at play. Something structural.

If you read that and felt quietly recognised, you are probably an overachiever in the truest sense of the word. Not in the headline-making, extreme-wealth sense. In the pattern sense.

That is who I built everything here for.

Where To Start

There are several ways to go deeper. Here is the recommended path for someone new.

Step 1: Discover your Overachiever type.
Take the short quiz. It takes about three minutes, it is genuinely useful, and it will tell you exactly which overachiever pattern you are running. Most people find it uncomfortably accurate.
Take the Quiz

Step 2: Listen to the podcast.
The Overachievers Podcast explores the mindset and identity patterns common among high achievers. Episodes are around fifteen minutes. A good one to start with is Episode 1 – Why You ARE An Overachiever

Step 3: Explore the community.
The Overachievers Club is a structured membership community for driven, capable people working to recalibrate the patterns driving pressure, hesitation, and stalled momentum. There is a free tier to get a feel for it first.

Step 4: Read the book.
The Masks We Wear explores the psychological patterns people use to hide who they really are, and what it costs them. If you want to understand the work at depth before committing to anything else, this is a good place to start.

Finally…

If you have just met me at a networking event, you have seen about two percent of what goes on here.

The work is deeper, more precise, and faster than most people expect. It does not rely on motivation, willpower, or positive thinking. It works on the architecture underneath those things.

If something in what you heard today resonated, the quiz is the best next step. It will tell you something true about yourself and give us both a useful starting point for any conversation that follows.

I am glad you found your way here.
