Keith Blakemore-Noble is The Overachiever’s Coach. His work addresses a specific and often overlooked problem: the capable, driven person who is already succeeding by every external measure, yet still carrying the weight of internal pressure, self-doubt, and the persistent sense that it is still not enough.
For over sixteen years, Keith has worked with thousands of individuals across coaching, training, speaking, and authorship to identify and restructure the internal patterns behind that pressure. His clients are not people who have given up. They are people who have not stopped, and who deserve to achieve without being prisoners of their own internal architecture.
Keith’s background is unusual for the coaching world. He spent two decades in corporate IT, graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Computer and Microprocessor Engineering, earning Chartered IT Professional status, and becoming a Fellow of the British Computer Society. His career centred on designing systems that produced better results with less friction. He now applies exactly that thinking to human behaviour and performance.
His method, Mindset Mastery, is a bespoke blend of hypnosis, NLP, and coaching developed and refined over sixteen years of professional practice. It produces change at a structural level rather than a motivational one. The results are consistently faster than clients expect.
Keith is the founder of The Overachievers Club, a structured membership community for high performers working to recalibrate the patterns driving pressure and stalled momentum. He hosts The Overachievers Podcast, has authored six books, and has spoken on international stages including appearances for the BBC, Rotary International, and BNI. He has led transformational retreats in Nepal and Tibet and has been nominated for nineteen awards, winning six.
His forthcoming book addresses the hidden cost of high achievement and the path to success that does not require burning yourself out to get there.
Keith speaks on the following topics. Each can be tailored to your audience and format.
The Overachiever’s Hidden Burden
Why capable, driven people carry invisible internal pressure that achievement alone never resolves, and what actually shifts it.
Patterns, Not Motivation
Why willpower fails where structural change succeeds, and the practical difference between pushing harder and changing the architecture underneath.
The Misunderstood Overachiever
What overachievement actually is, why most overachievers do not recognise themselves in the label, and why that matters for performance and fulfilment.
Success Without the Burnout
How high performers can continue achieving at the highest level without the self-pressure, self-doubt, and internal exhaustion that typically accompany it.
The Masks We Wear
Based on his bestselling book of the same name: the psychological masks people use to hide who they are, why they form, and how removing them changes everything.
Manipulation: Recognising and Resisting It
Based on his book AntiManipulation: the tools, tricks, and techniques used to influence and control behaviour, and how to protect yourself and your organisation against them.
