A slightly different meditation, this one – you won’t be woken at the end of it, there’s no chime of the meditation bowl this time.

Instead, just enjoy a gentle, soothing 5 minute meditation which helps you to full relax physically and mentally, letting go of the stresses and tensions of the day, helping you to drift off into a restful and peaceful sleep.

So go ahead and get yourself nicely comfortable in your freshly made bed, turn out the lights, and listen to this relaxing meditation to help you drift off to sleep…

Mindfulness and Business

These days there is an increasing awareness of the benefits of meditation and other mindfulness practises for all, including for those in business. No longer is meditation seen “for the hippies”, many seasoned business professionals recognise its benefits and actively practise mindfulness.
