Letting Go

Our emotions and thoughts come and go. Usually, once a thought or emotion is no longer needed, it will drift away of its own accord (replaced by new ones which better fit our need in the moment).

However, sometimes the older emotions and thoughts stick around.

This is particularly so at times of significant emotion or stress. After the moment is over, it can be hard to let those thoughts dissipate, which in turn holds us back from moving on.

This meditation is designed to help us to thank those thoughts and to let them pass on by…
