It is such a powerful thing to have, gratitude.

By living with an attitude of gratitude, the good things in life seem to flow to us more freely, while the bad things in life never seem quite so bad; it feels like there’s always going to ba a way through, and that things will be better again.

Plus we can enjoy the simple things in every day life, making our whole life seem that little bit happier.
