About This Meditation
Being calm is a wonderful state in which to be, it can really ground us and remove the tensions and stresses of the day.
Unfortunately, it’s not always easy to quickly return to a state of calmness, especially when we most need it.
Let’s meditate on calmness, and as we do so, let’s embed in ourselves a way to quickly and powerfully return us to a state of calmness whenever we most need it.
