About This Meditation

Meditation is very much about being present in the moment. About focusing neither on the past of what was nor the future of what might be, but simply present in the now of what is.

For this meditation, let’s spend a few minutes just reminding ourselves of this, of spending a few minutes purely in the present.

Interestingly the more we practise this in meditation, the easier it becomes in our every-day life to pause and take time out to simply be in the present – ideal for those times when we may be starting to feel anxious or stressed or overwhelmed.
