About This Meditation
As Autumn descends upon the Northern hemisphere, bringing with it another change in weather and outlook for the next few months, let us turn our attention to what we can learn from nature about the changes.
Autumn heralds the approach of Winter, with its traditionally cold and often stormy weather.
Which is all just part of the cycle of life.
Whilst not generally conducive to much in the way of growing for plants, this time is still a very important one, as it gives plants the chance to discard what they no longer need from the previous Summer, and to stock up their reserves to give them the strength to get through whatever the coming months throw at them.

Mindfulness and Business
These days there is an increasing awareness of the benefits of meditation and other mindfulness practises for all, including for those in business. No longer is meditation seen “for the hippies”, many seasoned business professionals recognise its benefits and actively practise mindfulness.
