About This Episode
There are a lot of myths, misunderstanding, and misconceptions about meditation. About what it is, why people do it, and how to get started.
I first properly came across meditation around 9 years ago, and for that pst year or so I’ve done a weekly 5 minute meditation podcast, so I thought it would be interesting in this episode to take a look at what meditation actually is, why people meditate, and how you might get started if you fancy giving it a go.
We also dispel a couple of myths along the way.
As always, you can listen to this episode via the audio above, or if you prefer to watch us having a chat then there’s the video version of it below.
