I first properly came across meditation around 9 years ago, and for that pst year or so I’ve done a weekly 5 minute meditation podcast, so I thought it would be interesting in this episode to take a look at what meditation actually is, why people meditate, and how you might get started if you fancy giving it a go.
We also dispel a couple of myths along the way.
