About This Meditation

Power of Fire

Fire has long been seen as a powerful way to cleanse, both literally and metaphorically.

In this meditation, we will work very much metaphorically, using the cleansing power of fire to help us to completely let go of something or someone which we are allowing to hold us back.

After that, we will then bask in the healing warmth of that fire for a while, as we contemplate our new approach to life.

To help like-minded people connect, I run a fortnightly online networking meeting called “Morning Mindfulness”. It runs every second Tuesday, 8am – 9:30am, as part of 4Networking. The meetings are fun, friendly, and open to everyone.
