About This Meditation...

Off Switch.

No matter how well we plan our relaxation, our downtime, or even our meditations, there are time when our thoughts just seemingly will not turn off!

No matter how we attempt to relax, our thoughts stray constantly and without boundary.

Which makes for a very unrelating time!

So today, let’s explore a neat little off-switch which we can use t help switch those thoughts off – whenever we seem to be unable to disengage in those thoughts, we can use this off-switch to physically disengage, enabling us to allow those thoughts to float on by, as we relax.

Mindfulness & Business

These days there is an increasing awareness of the benefits of meditation and other mindfulness practises for all, including for those in business. No longer is meditation seen “for the hippies”, many seasoned business professionals recognise its benefits and actively practise mindfulness.

To help like-minded people connect, I run a fortnightly online networking meeting called “Morning Mindfulness”. It runs every second Tuesday, 8am – 9:30am, as part of 4Networking. The meetings are fun, friendly, and open to everyone.
