About This Meditation
We all have somewhere which is special to us.
It’s different for each person, of course, but we all have it. Our “Happy Place”.
For some, it might be a memory of a real place, a real event, filled with joy and happiness as we remember, with warmth, the occasion.
For others, it might be an imagined place, somewhere we have constructed in our mind, filled with positive feelings and somewhere which feels very safe.
Whether it is somewhere real or imagined, the important thing is that we all have it. Somewhere we can visit and feel safe and warm, regardless of what’s happening in the Real World.
Let’s use this meditation to spend a few minutes really getting in touch with our Happy Place, truly enjoying it, and making it somewhere which we can instantly visit at any time we need…
