Who am I? It seems like a very simple question, but it’s one whose apparent simplicity belies it’s complexity and hidden depths.
This meditation encourages us to consider who we truly are. It’s not something we can uncover in just 5 minutes, but this is a great starting point and returning to this meditation from time to time will gradually reap significant rewards.
Personally I have used this meditation many times over the years. Sometimes I leave it having felt that I never really uncovered anything, whereas other times I have had some really deep and profound insights which give me much to ponder for many weeks!
Have I really uncovered The answer to the question? Probably not. Perhaps there is no actual answer. Perhaps here it is very much the case that the journey is far more important than the destination.

Mindfulness & Business
These days there is an increasing awareness of the benefits of meditation and other mindfulness practises for all, including for those in business. No longer is meditation seen “for the hippies”, many seasoned business professionals recognise its benefits and actively practise mindfulness.
