About This Meditation

Sometimes we may find ourselves overwhelmed with thoughts โ€“ either lots coming in a constant stream, or the same few unhelpful or annoying thoughts repeating themselves over and over.

When this happens, it can help to just take a few moments to allow all the thoughts to express themselves, to get everything out, so you can then get on with the important things of the day.

Which is what this meditation is all about โ€“ rather than hiding from our thoughts, just allow them to come, and encourage them by acknowledging each one an asking โ€œWhat else?โ€.

Sooner or later, they will run out of things to think, and you can then engage your day refreshed and free from those repetitive thoughts.
