Wow… I am spending this year trying to find out who I am, After a divorce, losing everything twice, failing in a second relationship, rebuilding my life in Chile without any money, language skills, or contacts, I am now living in SW France… I run a small hedge fund, and am restarting my business consultancy – I am a disruptor, I do not follow rules, or usual patterns, instead I work with people to understand what they are doing with their business and why, then work with them to find better ways to do that – I get them to create systems to help them monitor, and control the processes (rather than force them to learn mine) and that change management principle means they can adopt and use it much faster, and not drop it when they hit a rough patch!
