Everyone has podcasts these days, yet for many they can be scary. How do we overcome nerves about being on podcasts or running our own?

They are so prevalent these days – it sometimes seems like the world and their dog all have podcasts.

There are great opportunities to be a guest on a podcast, and great opportunities to create your own podcast.

Unfortunately, for a lot of people, the thought of being on a podcast can be terrifying.
And as for creating your own podcast? That’s a whole new minefield!

But – it doesn’t have to be this way.
