Tension Release
As we go about our daily lives, no matter how well-prepared we may be, it is inevitable that we will pick up and store tension throughout our body.
Sometimes we might clench our jaw when reading something particularly irksome.
Or maybe we tense up when we are concentrating, or even just sitting slightly awkwardly for periods of time.
This simple guided meditation helps us to release and let go of all the tension we hold in our bodies, enabling us to face the day in a far more relaxed and stress-free frame of being.
We’ll systematically go through each part of the body, releasing its tensions.
