Simple Meditation
When I mention meditation, many people express the concern that they wouldn’t know where to being, that it all sounds a bit complicated, that they could never keep their mind empty for very long (ha! None of us can, that’s why we meditate, to get just a little bit better at it over time), and so on.
So for this 5 minute meditation, let’s practise a really simple meditation, so you can see how easily you can get started.
You will find you start thinking during it, that’s absolutely fine, we all do. Just notice you are thinking, let go of the thought, and allow it to drift away.
