About This Meditation

A lot of meditation is about finding different ways to detach from our thoughts. For this one, let’s imagine that all of our thoughts are shadows on a wall. We can easily watch them with a detached observation, noticing how they all move and change, interact, grow and shrink, and above all, how transient all our thoughts truly are.

We can notice how easily we can just allow them to be, without having to get involved.

Just for 5 minutes…
