Sometimes it’s something big, but often we can experience fleeting micro moments of joy throughout our everyday life.

Such as a smile from a stranger, or the warmth of the sun, or finding some forgotten money in a pocket.

Whatever form these moments of micro-joy take, let’s spend this meditation recalling some, enjoying the warmth and joy they bring.
