About This Meditation
Sometimes we just need to take a break from everything in our day, and simply listen.
It’s not about making judgements about what we hear.
It’s not about applying meanings of labels to what we hear.
It’s not even about working out what we are actually hearing.
It’s about just sitting in the stillness and allowing whatever sounds there may be to present themselves to us as they will.
And just sitting, in the stillness, noticing that we can notice so much more when we allow ourselves to relax rather than forcing ourselves to focus.
