About This Meditation
Ho’oponopono is a Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness. The Hawaiian word translates into English simply as “correction”.
It is a very powerful practise, and in this meditation we are going to tap into it to enable us to forgive, to reconcile, and to move forward.
Whether we are forgiving another, or forgiving ourself, is to a large extent irrelevant as we get into it.
Allow the power of this ancient practise, modified for a 5 minute meditation, to help you to let go and grow.
Use it as often or as infrequently as you feel appropriate.
