About This Meditation
Hands
Although meditation is usually done with our eyes closed, it doesn’t have to be.
This time, let’s do a meditation with our eyes open, as we meditate upon our hands.
We’ll study them, examine how the look, how they move, how they feel.
We’ll observe the similarities and the differences, big and small.
And we will, with an empty mind, simply notice what we can notice about them.
