About This Meditation
This time round we are not talking about emotional feelings (that’s a topic for another meditation another day).
No, I’m talking about what can we actually not that we are physically feeling, right now?
The chair you are sat in? The floor under you feet? The temperature of the room? Any breeze? The warmth of the sun?
We sense so many things by feel, and yet so rarely do we actually take time out to pay attention to them.
In this 5 minute meditation we take a few minutes out of our day just to notice what we can notice about the sensations we feel, to observe them, to let them be noticed.
