About This Meditation
One of the major benefits of meditation is that it helps us to develop the ability to effortlessly detach from our thoughts.
Indeed, that is one of the core practises of meditation, to do exactly that.
It’s not always easy to do, although as with pretty much anything, practise makes perfect.
So in this meditation, we practise exactly that – detaching from a stream of changing thoughts – allowing ourselves to focus and see each on in crystal clarity whilst remaining unattached from it, effortlessly letting it go as the next one comes along.
