We cannot start a new chapter (or year, or relationship, or day) until we close the current one, so let's get closure in this meditation.

About This Meditation

Chapter Closing

We can not start a new chapter is we are still reading the previous chapter.

For anything in life we must close the old chapter before we can open the new one.

That is true whether we are looking at starting a New Year, or a new job, or a new relationship, or even simply a new day.

In this meditation we remind ourselves of the importance of closing the old chapter, whilst ensuring we still honour it and find a way to gently release it in order to gain closure so that we can move forward with our next chapter.
