This one is all about our transformation, our growth, our evolution.

You are not the same person you were – and in order to become who you are, you needed to change and transform and grow.

Likewise, you need to change and transform and grow to become the person you will be in the future.

In this guided meditation, let’s imagine what it’s like to be a caterpillar enveloped in a strong, safe, supportive cocoon, as we transform with each breath, turning into the beautiful butterfly that is the next stage of our individual journeys. Transforming, changing, developing.
