There are times when we need to just take a moment out to reflect, to calm down, to let things pass. Not always easy when life is in full flow!

This simple meditation is designed to let us do exactly that – to take a few moments out to just breath and be, letting the world pass by for a few moments.

Once you’ve done the meditation a couple of ties, you should be able to do it anytime, anywhere you need, without even having to listen to it.

It is that simple, and the results really are that powerful – give it a go!
