About This Meditation
Usually when we meditate, we focus our attention on awareness of our mind, awareness of our thoughts, awareness of what’s going on around us.
In this meditation, we take the time to focus our awareness on our body itself.
Let’s spend a few minutes in quiet contemplation, becoming aware of our body, its different feelings and tensions and sensations, and listening to it to see if we can start to find out what our body wants to tell us.
The more we are aware of our body and what it wants to say to us, the better able we are to nurture and protect our body – so that it can continue to nurture and protect us in return.
The very definition of a win-win outcome!
