Grief can take many forms and can be caused my many things.
This 30 minute meditation is designed to help us to overcome the grief of loss - loss of a loved one, or loss of a relationship.
It's all about being able to say goodbye and to move on with peace and love.
Grief is a very powerful and personal thing, it is different for everyone, and while this single meditation can't guarantee to get rid of all grief, it can help us to start to let go, and help us to begin the process of letting go and moving on whilst honouring those we have lost.
