Welcome to the June 2024 voyage of your free 5-day online “Mindset Mastery Mini-Break” – a unique opportunity to explore and enhance different aspects of your mindset.

Ideally done as the year draws to a close, this  meditation is a nice gentle 20 minutes of quiet reflection and appreciation of our own individual year.

We not only revisit some enjoyable happy occasions from the year, allowing us to relive them and soak up the pleasant emotions, we also take a look back at some of the lessons we have learned, appreciating what we've learned.

There’s something magical and relaxing and powerful about a beach, any beach.

In this mediation we enjoy the soaking up the rejuvenating warmth of the sun, while allowing the gentle waves on the shore to wash our troubles away.

Grief can take many forms and can be caused my many things.

This 30 minute meditation is designed to help us to overcome the grief of loss - loss of a loved one, or loss of a relationship.

It's all about being able to say goodbye and to move on with peace and love.

Grief is a very powerful and personal thing, it is different for everyone, and while this single meditation can't guarantee to get rid of all grief, it can help us to start to let go, and help us to begin the process of letting go and moving on whilst honouring those we have lost.
