- Share – share how we have each overachieved in the past month
- Member Spotlight – 10 minute for a member to share more about them or an area of expertise etc
- Club Spotlight – show’n’tell focus on a different element each month to show how to use it
- Coming This Month – announce the Monthly Topic, announce what The Overachievers Hour will cover as well.
- Accountability – round table share one thing you want to be held accountable for this month
- Open Chat – finish off with general open chat
