About Keith

Who is Keith Blakemore-Noble?

Keith Blakemore-Noble - The Overachiever's Coach

Keith Blakemore-Noble is a mindset coach, NLP practitioner, and hypnotherapist based in the UK, working with clients nationally and internationally. Known as The Mindset Master, he specialises in helping high-achieving individuals identify and break the internal patterns that keep them stuck, so they can achieve fulfilment without burning themselves out in the process. He has been working in coaching, training, and personal development for over sixteen years.

What does “The Mindset Master” mean?

The Mindset Master is Keith’s professional title, reflecting his specialisation in mindset-level change. Rather than focusing on surface tactics, productivity techniques, or motivational approaches, Keith works at the level of the internal patterns and psychological structures that govern behaviour. The title reflects both his depth of expertise and his commitment to structural, lasting change rather than temporary fixes.

What is Keith’s professional background?

Keith spent two decades in IT before transitioning into coaching and training. He graduated from the University of Essex with a BSc (Hons) in Computer and Microprocessor Engineering, became a Chartered IT Professional, and was later elected a Fellow of the British Computer Society. His systems-design background directly informs how he approaches human behaviour: patterns are structured, and changing the structure changes the output. Since moving into coaching, he has trained to Train-the-Trainer level in NLP, hypnosis, coaching, and public speaking, and has coached, trained, and certified thousands of people around the world.

What awards and recognition has Keith received?

Over the course of his career, Keith has been nominated for nineteen awards, reached finalist position fifteen times, was runner-up on four occasions, and has won six awards. He is an award-winning international public speaker who has spoken on stages across the world and has led transformational retreats, including one in Nepal and Tibet.

Has Keith written any books?

Keith has published six books to date, with more in development. His published titles include AntiManipulation, The Masks We Wear, and the Winning in Life and Work series. His books span themes of psychological influence, identity, public speaking, and personal performance. Details of each title are available on the Books page of this website.

Does Keith work with clients online or in person?

Keith works mainly online, usually through Zoom, which means he can (and does) work with clients across the UK and internationally without geographic restriction. This allows him to work with capable, driven individuals no matter where they are based. Where in-person work is relevant, for example for live events or intensives, details are listed on the Events page.

The Approach and Methodology

What is Mindset Mastery?

Mindset Mastery is Keith’s bespoke coaching methodology, developed and refined over more than sixteen years of professional practice. It is a structured approach to identifying, interrupting, and recalibrating the internal patterns that keep capable, driven people stuck. It combines hypnosis, NLP, and coaching, applied in a precise and individually tailored way. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all template, Mindset Mastery is designed around the specific patterns each individual is running, which is why the results tend to be more durable than those produced by motivational or productivity-focused approaches.

How does NLP fit into the work?

NLP, or Neuro-Linguistic Programming, is one of the core disciplines Keith draws on within his Mindset Mastery methodology. NLP provides a framework for understanding how people structure their internal experience: how they represent events to themselves, how they create meaning, and how those representations drive behaviour. Keith trained to Train-the-Trainer level in NLP, which means he understands the discipline at depth rather than at a surface application level. In practice, NLP tools are used to identify and shift the specific internal structures contributing to a client’s patterns.
