About My Guest
Personal Trainer
Robert is an experienced personal trainer having worked as one for the last 5 years. He specialises in helping you to lose weight sustainably.
His interest in fitness was sparked after competing in both athletics and cricket at the age of 14. He joined his first gym at age 15. And it was here that he caught the fitness bug. After finishing school he went to study a degree in Health and Fitness at the University of Bath. Whilst at university he gained valuable knowledge and experience as well as the level 2 and 3 qualifications.
His ethos is practice what you preach, he loves to train and when not training clients he will be training himself and trying out new training methods and exercises. He believes that fitness should be accessible to all, no matter your body type, shape or size.
