About This Meditation
The Beach
In the Northern hemisphere it is approaching Summer, which for many people opens up visits to the beach. Playing with their children, strolling along, eating ice cream, and soaking up the sunshine.
The beach can also be a very relaxing place to just let go of all that’s troubling us or holding us back, as we listen to the waves and imagine them gently washing our troubles away.
Which is exactly what we do in this 5 minute meditation (which also features an appearance by those waves, their sound gently soothing us throughout).
