About This Meditation

The sun setting has often been a very powerful metaphor for letting go of things we no longer need, or for drawing things to a close, or even of allowing things to disappear when we no longer want them around.

Today, let’s let the sun set on our negative thoughts, instead leaving behind the wonderful tranquil afterglow of the sunset with our positive and uplifting thoughts given the space to breathe now that we’ve let the sun set on our old unhelpful negative thoughts.

So get comfortable, and prepare to enjoy a most beautiful sunset.
