About This Meditation
Release It
Sometimes we all have the need to release something.
It might be a memory, a feeling, an emotion, whatever – it’s served its purpose and it is time for us to release it so that we can get on with our day.
In this meditation let’s imagine we are outdoors on a beautiful day, with the Thing we need to release, and some lovely balloons, and let’s send it on its way, watching as it disappears.
