About This Meditation
Just A Thought
Much of meditation is about developing the ability to freely let go of one’s thoughts, to be able to detach from them at will.
This is wonderful within meditation, and also has a lot of benefits outside in the “real world” too – being able to simply let go of intrusive or unhelpful thoughts is a wonderfully empowering think to be able to do.
And the more we practise it, as with this meditation, the easier it gets – because after all, what is a thought? It’s not tangible, it’s not physical, we don’t have to entertain it – it’s just a thought!
