About This Meditation
A large part of meditation is about learning detachment from our thoughts, to observe them passing by as a detached observer, rather than always getting fully involved with them.
So let’s have a little fun today as we see just what it’s like to remain detached from our thoughts. Remember there is no right or wrong, because there is simply what is. Have fun with this 5 minute meditation as a result, and see what happens each time you have a go!
