No matter how much we practise calmness and mindfulness and all the other great things, there will inevitably be times when we succumb to feelings of anger.

It’s just part of being human.

This meditation offers a simple and helpful way which we can use “in the moment” to help us remove anger.

The more we practise this meditation, the easier it will be to use it as and when we need to.
