Hello. Hello. Hello, dear listener. Hello, dear viewer. Welcome. Welcome to another episode. Now let me, let me tell you a story. Few years ago, I decided I was going to get fit.
Keith Blakemore-Noble [00:00:47]:
I was gonna, get me, get myself a nice, sick pack, nice big bulging muscles. I was this was it. I was gonna get fit. So what do you do? Obviously go to the gym. So, I found the 1st gym that I stumbled upon. Wandered into the gym, had a go on all the equipment. Did my best to figure out how each of the each of the things worked, what you’re supposed to do on each of them. Had a good go around all of them, got completely exhausted, wore myself out on them, did It spent ages going around every single piece of equipment in the gym.
Keith Blakemore-Noble [00:01:27]:
Woah. Boy, by the end of that, I was, I was sweating. I was Aching. I was exhausted, but, hey, you don’t, you don’t get those gains for for for nothing. Right? You gotta, you gotta, What’s what’s the phrase they use? No pain, no gain. Oh, phrase. But you you you you’ve gotta go for it. Right? So I did all that, and I reached a point where I was exhausted.
Keith Blakemore-Noble [00:01:52]:
I was ready to throw up. I was ready to collapse, but I was committed. Went around all the machines, managed to drag, crawl myself, crawl and drag myself to the showers. Got changed, went home, crawled into bed, fell asleep. Woke up the next morning, ached all over, but, hey, this was it. Threw back the bed bed clothes, stood in front of the mirror, and, well, no 6 pack. Okay. But no bulging biceps.

Nothing had changed. What’s going on? I’ve been to the gym. I done every single machine that was there. I had exhausted myself. No results. What’s the point? Not going to bother doing that anymore. Complete waste of time. Right? Turns out.
Keith Blakemore-Noble [00:02:46]:
Turns out there are a few things you need to do in order to, to make this work. Yes. I went to a gym. I went to the 1st one. 1st one I stumbled upon. I didn’t didn’t bother doing any research. Didn’t bother looking around. Didn’t bother asking people for recommendations, finding out what was the best gym for what I needed because, hey, turns out different gyms seem to specialise in in, in helping different types of people in different ways.
Keith Blakemore-Noble [00:03:10]:
Find one that works for you. Interesting. Who’d have thought? Second thing it turns out that I did wrong? I just dived in, went straight onto the machines, did what I thought did what I thought was the was the right thing to do. Turns out You get best results if you, if you work with an expert if you work with an expert. So at the gym, get a personal trainer. At least get an induction that shows you all of these different machines, shows you how they all work, What they do, how they work, how to use them, how to get the best out of them. I hadn’t done that either. Oh well.

There we go. And there’s more because, different machines, work in different ways on different parts of the body. Different people need to use different machines because it depends what results you wanna get. It depends what you’re looking for. A machine that’s really good for 1 person might be absolutely rubbish for another person because you want different things. You’re starting from a different place. You want different results. How do you know which one’s which? Or, again, you could you could, ask in the induction or a really good way, Get yourself a personal trainer at the gym.
Keith Blakemore-Noble [00:04:30]:
Get yourself a personal trainer. And, again, don’t just apparently, you don’t just stumble upon the first one who who says hello. Do a bit of research. The crowd. Find the one who fits what you’re looking for, the one that you can connect with, you can gel with, you can work together. Because you’re gonna be working together for a while on this stuff, and you wanna make sure that, you get them and and they get you. And why would you have the personal trainer? Well, when you start, you it’s best to have a goal in mind. What what do you why why are you going to the gym? What do you wanna achieve? So the personal trainer can help you create a plan to take you from where you are to getting those 1st sets of results.
Keith Blakemore-Noble [00:05:12]:
Not only that, They can work with you regularly to see, are you getting the results that you were looking for? Are things working out the way you don’t? Or, Is it not working out? You need to tweak it and adjust it. Not only that. Turns out that, Once you’ve been going for a while and you you’ve hit your 1st hit your 1st goals, you don’t just keep on doing the same old thing, same old thing over and over and over again. Reaches the point where you need to change. Now you’ve reached that 1st 1st level, different level, different direction, different aims, different sets of exercises. Indeed, if you just keep doing the same exercises over and over and over again, eventually, it kinda plateaus, and you don’t get you don’t get better results. It’s gonna change things up? All this under the under the guidance of your personal trainer. Who knew? Well I say who knew, Most people who go to the gym know this.
Keith Blakemore-Noble [00:06:06]:
Most people who even don’t go to the gym at least have an eye an understanding that this is what you need to do. This is how to get the most out of it. Right? Makes sense. Find the one that that, works for you. Find the one that that offers what you need, works with with people like you. Find, Get, at least get shown how all the different pieces of equipment work. Find out which ones you need for for the results you wanna get. Work with a personal trainer so that they can help keep you on track.
Keith Blakemore-Noble [00:06:34]:
They can help you celebrate the wins. They can help support you when you’re not quite getting the results want, and they can help you figure out why you’re not getting that, tweak things as you need to, and even adjust things once you have got the first set of results, figure out what greater set of results that you want, And, work with them accordingly. All makes sense, right? All makes a lot of sense. So why is it that when it comes to our mindset, so many people don’t Even think about applying the same sort of approach. It’s the same whether you want to improve yourself physically or mentally. Whether you want to improve your physique, your mindset, It’s the same thing. You get far better results when you work with an expert, when you work with someone who has helped you Oh, has helped others to get the sorts of results that you want. Somebody who knows the different tools, the different, machines, the different exercises, the different Techniques that are available and it can help guide you on all of that.

Makes sense. Right? Some of you may know, For the past 14 years, at time of recording, for the past 14 years I’ve helped thousands of people around the planet to Take back control of their life by mastering their mindset. And over the time of working with, with the with those people, several things have kind of Some things have have become clear. I’ve got a much clearer idea of the sorts of things that people want, the the ways which can which, Iconnect can help others to to achieve the goals that they want. And couple of things become really clear. Well, one main thing becomes really clear. A lot of people do like the On the idea of ongoing support, bit of guidance. Not everybody is at the same same place on that, though.

Some want a lot of support and guidance. Some just want a little bit, just a a little nudge in the in the right direction. Let them get on with it. Another little nudge. Let them continue. We’re we’re all at different we all have different, approaches to our, our personal development journey. For some, that includes coaching. For some, that doesn’t.

We’re we’re all different. And the other interesting thing is for a lot of people, They like the idea of some sort of ongoing coaching because, I mean, let’s face it, a coach ideally, ultimately, a coach is for life, not just for a crisis. A coach can help you In all aspects and help you even in the times where things are going well. A coach could help you make things go even better and help you, see even grander possibilities. But often 1 to 1 coaching long term 1 to 1 coaching gets very expensive. It can be, you know, 1,000 or or tens of 1,000, which is not something everybody is able to afford. Probably there was a way to to make all of this work for people. Well, that’s kinda what I’ve created.

That’s what I’ve created with, and that’s what I wanna share with you and and and and just talk you through. Even if just so you can you can get some ideas from this and you might Spark some ideas of yourself, but, oh, now there’s an idea of of what I could do to help myself to grow and develop. Or it might get spark your ideas of, And now I see why I haven’t been able to achieve the things I want to achieve gives me some ideas, gives me some focus, gives me some ways ways to approach it. So I’m gonna share with you a little bit about that mindset mastery movement, which is what, what this whole thing is, It’s designed to do it. It’s designed to to help us all, to to to help people at all of these different levels. Now as I said, different levels because, a key, a key thing to remember is We’re all at, different stages on our journeys. We all want different things. Some want a little bit.

Some people want medium. Some people want Some people want it all, the whole deluxe, experience. Mindset mastery movement caters for all of these. I ve got 3 different levels. There s the Embarkation level. This is where you re joining in. You re, maybe just starting your own personal development journey. You re dipping your toes in to see what it s about? Or maybe you kinda like creating your own itinerary, creating your own approach, Be just with a little bit of guidance, what are some of the what are some of the good places to visit? What are some of the places to avoid? Some of the places to catch? When’s a good time to to to visit those places? That’s the embarkation level of your mindset mastery your mindset journey.

Next level up, we’ve got the exploration level. And this is for those who want to explore their own personal development perhaps in a bit more depth, who wanna expand their horizons. They’re perhaps You mean perhaps looking to to take on a bit more, bit more advice, a bit more support, maybe have a few more of the the guided tours and excursions that they can they can take part on. That’s the exploration level. And then right at the top, we’ve got the immersion level. This is for those who are absolutely serious about being the best that they can be, and they’re ready to fully immerse themselves in their entire personal development coaching journey. They want it all. They want the the the deluxe package, the the works.

So wherever you are on your mindset journey, I wanted to create something that works for for all of those levels, which is the where the mindset mastery movement, attempts to come in. So what’s in the movement? What makes what what what is it comprised of? What what’s in it? What do you get when you’re in it? Different things at different levels, obviously, because at different levels, you want different things. Some parts are core to all of it. Others are are are add ons as you go through it. So let’s take a look. The first part and this is the this is the core of it. Whichever level you’re at, all 3 levels, you get access to and become a part of, a private community. We have this on Facebook simply because platform most people seem to be on these days.

It’s a private Facebook community Where you get to hang out with your fellow travellers, you explore mindset and personal development, take part in monthly topics. It’s it’s it’s where we all hang out, We all get together. We all get to do all the things that we that we we need to do. Now as part of that, There is, each month, we have a different monthly growth focus. This keeps us moving forward. We explore different themes each month. They’re specific enough to enable us to grow, but broad enough so that so that it applies To all of us, we can all get something out of them each each month. We, for, in each of these things, you have, some Some of it is content that I share.
Keith Blakemore-Noble [00:13:29]:
Some of it’s stuff that I teach. Some of it we share our own experiences. Some of it is is exercises for you to work through, All to help us, grow in a particular area each month. And, again, that covers all the levels, whichever level you’re in. All those left, you all get access to the monthly growth focus. Now Stemming it up a level, this is for exploration and immersion levels only. Accountability. You see, despite our best laid plans, Life has this habit of getting in the way and distracting.

You know what I mean. Right? Of course, you do. A little bit of external accountability can really go a long way. Just like in the gym, you’ll you’ll often have a gym buddy. So there are days when you’re thinking, yeah. I can’t be bothered with this, But I can’t not go because I’ll never hear the end of it from my gym buddy. They’ll they’ll keep me accountable. Oh, you’re lucky that I get to keep them accountable as well.

Oh, yes. We got similar kind of thing, monthly accountability. We keep our we keep ourselves. We keep each other on track in a fun, friendly, supportive way, someone there to keep you on track when you feel you’re wavering a bit, somebody there to help you celebrate when you have nailed that milestone. And we mix it up each month as well, so it keeps it fresh. Also at the exploration and emotion levels, the you get access to the mindset Mastery library. Now this is, a variety of modules on various personal development themes, various mindset themes, There is growth themes, more modules being added, each month as we go through. Now the modules themselves are available for for the public to to buy access to, But you get access to all of them for free at the exploration and immersion level as part of your membership of the mighty Breathe movement.

And these these help you explore specific topics. We got ones about confidence. We got ones about being able to let go so you can move forward. About growth mindset, all all manner of different ones. It’s like your own library that you can kind of create create your own curriculum of of of growth, at your page covering the things you wanna cover at exploration and an immersion level. Now each month, I mentioned the monthly growth focus that we have. To give people outside of the movement a little taster of what what it’s all about, also run a monthly 1 hour, Zoom interactive Zoom session. We call it the mindset mastery hour.

1 hour on Zoom. It’s interactive. We explore usually the same topic that we in the movement are exploring in-depth for the month. It’s on the last Wednesday of each month. Zoom, it’s open to everyone. Everyone can can, can come along. Tickets, Ticket price is kept nice and low, so it’s easy for for everyone to get access. We we explore a particular topic each each time.

It’s interactive, so you can you can take part. You can add your, add your insights, share what you what you discover as as we go through. But when you’re at the immersion level, Because you are so fully immersed in in your in your your development, you get free access to that every month as well. You come along as my guest to the Mindset Mastery Hour. Excuse me. I mentioned That, the core is our private Facebook community where content gets, I post content 2 to 4 times a week, Educational content around our our monthly growth focus. Excuse me. And I mentioned we have a monthly growth focus, which is in the Facebook community.
Keith Blakemore-Noble [00:17:26]:
I post 2 to 4 pieces per week of content in there around our monthly growth focus. We know the trouble with Facebook is notifications are abysmal. Right? Sometimes you don’t get notified of a post until Weeks afterwards, which is no use, when you’re at the immersion level because you are serious about doing everything that you you you can to to fully grow and you you want the Deluxe experience at the emotional level. We got you covered. Each time one of those pieces of content goes out, so 2 to 4 times a week, You’ll receive a personal text message letting you know the new piece of content is out and giving you the direct link to it in Facebook so that You can, keep, keep up to date with it all. You can access it all as soon as it comes out. Now it’s only 2 to 4 of those a week, See, you’re not gonna get endlessly spammed. You know, like, sometimes you you get, get in these groups and messages going off Dozens of times every essay, it’s nothing like that.
Keith Blakemore-Noble [00:18:27]:
You get 1 message each time one of those goes out, 2 to 4 of those per week, Nothing more. But it lets you keep on top of the content for the, monthly growth focus. And, again, it’s just all part of the service when you’re at the immersion level. Now at the immersion level, because you are serious about your growth and you wanna do everything you can to to to grow, I wanna support you, which is why there is an element of personal one to 1 coaching. At the immersion level, you get half an hour of 1 to 1 coaching with me on Zoom Every month. Each and every month. Normally, when I work with people, ad hoc for coaching, it’s a minimum of 1 hour, And, the prices for that start from a £197 because an hour is the minimum that gives us time to figure out what’s going on and work on their Their issue. When you’re in the movement, we’ve built up this relationship.
Keith Blakemore-Noble [00:19:21]:
We know what’s what? We know what’s going on. It makes it much easier for us to really focus on the core of the the issue. So we can do it in that half hour. You get a half hour every month included as part of your Immersion level membership. Some people take that as half an hour every month. Some people like to bundle it up so they have 1 hour session every 2 months. We’re flexible. It’s entirely up to you.
Keith Blakemore-Noble [00:19:44]:
Whatever whatever we need to do to make this work for you. What do we cover in those sessions? Well, that is up to you. And to help you to figure out what we should cover in those sessions, when you join at the immersion level, you we have a 1 to 1 welcome session over a nice cuppa. Now what we do is explore how the movement can work for you, take you through everything that’s in the movement, take you through a couple of Couple of fun exercises just to kinda get the baseline of where you are, where you’re at, what’s going on for you, and also kinda help Figure out what are the areas that you want to work on. What are perhaps the the things that we can focus on at least for the 1st few, coaching sessions. Beyond that, Future coaching sessions will naturally sort of present the topics will present themselves as we travel on your journey and get a clearer and clearer image of where it is you wanna go, but it’s always what you want to focus on. And finally, coaching. Everybody at the immersion level gets that half hour coaching.
Keith Blakemore-Noble [00:20:52]:
Sometimes At the other levels, you might feel, you know what? I want a bit of extra coaching. I could do with a bit of co I can do with a bit of coaching this month. I don’t want it every month. But this month, I’ve really got hit this issue. I could do with a bit of coaching. So when you’re in the movement, you get massive discount on ad hoc 30 minute coaching sessions. The higher the higher level you’re at, the the greater the discount, obviously. But you get you get a get a discount, and you get in half hour blocks.
Keith Blakemore-Noble [00:21:19]:
Remember, outside, People would only, get access for a minimum of 1 hour here because we get we’ve got to know each other. We’re connecting with each other on a regular basis. Half an hour, we can just zoom, narrow in on the thing and cut cut to the chase, get the get the issue dealt with. So you can you can buy the extra half hour as and when you need it. And, yes, when you’re on immersion level, you can also Use that to top up so you could, if you want, have your full hour in 1 month without using up one of the other month’s half hours. So you you get access as well. And, of course, at the emotional level, you’re gonna get the the biggest discount on the additional coaching. Does all this stuff work? Thousands of, successful and happy clients over the past 14 years would tend to suggest yes.

I’m just gonna share with you some words from from from a few clients. Tom Morey, are the one of the cofounders and original drummer with Scriti Pility. Now he he does amazing work helping, Helping, companies with, team building stuff with his his, frankly, fabulous set of drums. I’m very, Very envious of his his drum collection. After we worked together, he his words, Keith is like a wizard in a movie who good things just happen around. Takes years to develop that kind of presence, and the results are incredibly powerful. That meant a lot coming from Tom given what what everything that he does. There’s a lady who’s in in the movement, a lady called Sylvia Paul.

She, helps people learn Spanish the fun way. We work together. After after we work together, she was able to set realistic prices reflecting the value her clients get. She felt comfortable about asking and getting those prices, and she’s got much greater clarity about her package offerings, which means her business is now a business Actually, helping her generate an income rather than a hobby, which gets a bit of pin money, coming in. She’s she’s felt able to to be realistic about the the value that she offers and the value that she gets from people. It’s all in the mindset. All in the mindset. Michael Beeson.

He’s he’s been in, he’s been a supporter of the movement right from from day 1, and he says thank you All your wonderful work and guidance provided within the group and beyond. Imparassing to read this out, but he says you’re a true hero to the many people’s lives you’ve transformed, Mine included. We we’ve done some some powerful work together. Couple more I’m gonna share with you. Lady called Rachel Davis, her she used to have, imposter syndrome, very strong imposter syndrome. We we did a couple sessions in the, within the mindset mastery movement around that. She has completely blasted through that. She gets She, receives her metaphorical pat on the back from herself each time that she, she helps each time that she’s helped a client, each time she’s done something.

She no longer doubts herself and her abilities after many, many years of doing it. She has got far greater confidence in herself, in her abilities, Which means she’s getting much greater results for her clients. She teaches people how to manage their own social media. She’s able to help Far more people because she’s managed to blast through that imposter syndrome, which is something which which holds far too many of us back. And finally, Caroline Jane Andrew, who is the owner of For networking, national national, networking organization, she’s also the the networking rebel. She, she’d been a massive supporter right from day 1. She is very effusive in her praise For the Mindset Mastery Hour itself, that was epic. I’ve enjoyed every single minute of it.

Remember, in the outside world, people People what people pay me starts at £197 for an hour’s coaching. Yeah. £47 for 30 minutes. All of that that’s so that’s If you need extra coaching, obviously, you get your free 30 minutes coaching every month anyway. All of that, £97 per month.

The exploration level for people who don’t want the full immersion, but they’re they they they’re they’re serious about their development. They they they want the Excursions. They want their additional support. All of that for just £47 a month. All for the embarkation, for those who they wanna do it their own way or they’re just dipping their toes in, private Facebook community access and the monthly growth focus. And you can get extra coaching, 30 minute coaching, on an ad hoc basis as and when you need it if you wanted for just £97 for the half hour.
