So many people rush to make them because, well, it’s New Year and that’s just what you do, isn’t it?
Sadly, studies show that 92% of people fail to keep their resolutions by the end of the year. Which does make those resolutions rather a waste of time.
Worse than that, making New Year Resolutions and not keeping them is actually harmful and can stop us achieving other things that we want in life.
They could even be considered dangerous as a result.
