About This Meditation
It[s time to become aware of the various sounds around you – sounds which you probably never really notice, or take for granted, but which can become apparent when we take the time to relax and allow our ears to focus.
It could be the sound of distant birds, or of traffic, or of people conversing, or the gentle hum of the electronics around you.
Whatever it is, use this meditation to relax, close your eyes, and increase your sound awareness.
