Message For You
We can all benefit by receiving a message from time to time from a loved one or from someone who cares and whats the best for us.
In this meditation, let’s clear our mind and open up to receiving a message from the one who knows us best the one who cares about us the most, the one who is always there for us – our own inner self.
Sometimes these messages can come to us easily as we meditate, whereas other times it can seem difficult to pick up any message. If that happens, just relax, enjoy the peace and quiet, and quietly thank your inner self for everything it does for you. Then do the meditation again another day, where your inner self might feel more open to offering the message if it feels you are open to receive it.
Either way, it’s time to get curious about what your inner self wants to say right now…
