About This Episode

Think of the weather maps they show on the TV weather forecasts, showing the highs and lows, the sunny areas, the clouds, the rain and the wind. A great way to get a snapshot of what’s going on.

For this meditation, we’ll imagine our body and mind as the map, and out emotions as the weather symbols, as we simply observe what’s going on – which emotions are where. Noting how they interact, their relationships with each other. All without the need to judge them or adjust them or control them – just observing, noticing what we can notice, and empowering ourselves with a greater awareness of the emotions we are experiencing in the moment.

Just for 5 minutes…
