About This Meditation
In this meditation, we focus entirely on the quiet moments between breaths, exploring the power of stillness, and noticing how we can bring that sense of peace and stillness back with us into our everyday lives.
So sit somewhere you can safely be undisturbed for 5 minutes, close your eyes, relax, and breath deeply and slowly, pausing after each breath, and just allow all your attention to focus on that silence between your breaths.
