About This Meditation

Often we find ourselves allowing our thoughts to derail our concentration and to knock us off our tracks.

In this meditation, we’ll imagine lighting a candle and closely observe what happens to the flame as things try to knock it off its course, and we’ll see how it ignores them and carries on with its single-minded purpose, filling the space with its energy and light.
