Calming Breathing
No matter how well prepared, well disciplined, or mindful, we are, there will be times when we face overwhelm, stress, and potentially even panic.
Breathing can be a very powerful way to enable us to regain control in such situations.
In this meditation, we practise a way of doing just that – practising it here so that it is easy for us to call upon it in those moments when we might need it.
